Used to be professional, now cannot reach them. They do not update their records or keep us informed regarding our home owners insurance. Would not recommend.
This is a wonderful place if you want to be ignored or have your insurance cancelled! From personal experience: Neglected to communicate for over 8 months that our insurance company sent them notices and was about to cancel our insurance due to our roof not being in the best shape. When I called them to ask why they AS OUR AGENCY were not communicating with us, they gave no reason, no apology, no outward sign of any desire to prevent this kind of mistake again. They said they had no legal responsibility to tell us.... ! U... read more
