I came in for a safety inspection. They got me done quickly and noticed a pinhole in one tire. They recommended a patch. I was inspected, patched and on my way in less than an hour. Excellent service. Very reasonable price. 5 stars.
College students beware!!! It is rare that I give a poor rating to a company, as I have worked in many positions serving the public. I would not recommend this company for NC inspections unless you are well-versed in the process. Our UNCW student was taken advantage of and charged for needless items in order to pass an inspection. The claim was the wipers were bad. However, new high-quality wipers had been installed
Pat's auto center did a great job with customer service, gave a thorough and clear breakdown of costs and did great work on my little 10 year old car which will save me buying a new one.
