Pat's was recommended to me by a friend who has been using their services since she moved to town 8 years ago. I can honestly tell you I have never received better service; nor have I ever had more confidence in any company than I had in Pat's. I had anticipated their finding a major problem with my car; not only did it turn out to be minor but they were so pleased to be able to let me know that it could be fixed for a nominal amount of money. College students beware!!! It is rare that I give a poor rating to a company, as I have worked in many positions serving the public. I would not recommend this company for NC inspections unless you are well-versed in the process. Our UNCW student was taken advantage of and charged for needless items in order to pass an inspection. The claim was the wipers were bad. However, new high-quality wipers had been installed

Took my car in Wednesday morning to get my electric plug-in outlet repaired( probably just a fuse). Three and half days later Saturday afternoon , car still not even looked at. No phone calls , no explanation. Moving on to another business.
