Garage Door Repairs - CRAWFORD is the best and least expensive! Once again CRAWFORD comes to the rescue - a few days ago in the extreme cold temps, our Garage door would go up a foot and stop. After repeated attampts while holding the button till it fully opened (not a recommended procedure) the door rolled up, but it was obvious there was a problem. They are awesome, on time, fully knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I thought I needed a new door, they said they could repair my current garage door. It works better now than when we built the house. Great job Crawford.
Update: the Crawford team came out to replace the garage panels shortly after the original review posted. The lead installer was nice but chalked up a laundry list of excuses for the shotty work and delays. I would have added a star or two had he simply taken responsibility for the poor install. 15-20 yrs ago Crawford removed old Garage door and installed a new one. Ive never forgotten their professional work and personal service, so when the Opener needed maintenance this past week I didn’t hesitate to call them. The person who warmly greeted me on the phone set up a service call, and by 2 pm the friendly and skilled workman had completed everything. Crawford Door Systems will always be my “go to” for Garage Doors.
Quick service and super personable. I called the day before Christmas Eve and they had someone at my house the day after Christmas. He was like a door ninja- went straight to work, replaced the broken springs- AND took time to lube everything and even tighten the belt. They just didn’t fix the problem, they made it quieter and more level. Crawford goes beyond the call of duty. Don’t hesitate, call them. Seriously.
