They are awesome, on time, fully knowledgeable, and fairly priced. I thought I needed a new door, they said they could repair my current garage door. It works better now than when we built the house. Great job Crawford.
15-20 yrs ago Crawford removed old Garage door and installed a new one. Ive never forgotten their professional work and personal service, so when the Opener needed maintenance this past week I didn’t hesitate to call them. The person who warmly greeted me on the phone set up a service call, and by 2 pm the friendly and skilled workman had completed everything. Crawford Door Systems will always be my “go to” for Garage Doors.
This is the worst garage door company that I have ever spoken to in my life. I called this company to get an estimate on two garage doors. They scheduled an appointment when someone would come out to my home. When this company arrived at my house a few days later, a worker showed up who just measured my garage doors. Called for service of a broken spring on Friday morning at 8a, had a call from Service manager by 11a setting up service tech for Monday. Service tech arrived on time and had the door fixed and functional within the hour. Happy I called them!
The Crawford technician quickly diagnosed and determined the reason my garage door opener was not working. He repaired it and then helped me program remote controls and the controls in our cars. He showed me the places the door should be lubricated and told me how often. He was cordial and knowledgeable! I’d give him an A+!
