This development has a good variety of housing options. The landscaping is beautiful and there are many parks, trails and wide sidewalks. It's a great area for walking or bicycling. I enjoy walking around there when visiting my brother. Wish I could afford to buy in the development.

Friendly community in a convenient location. Beware of the constant building because the amenities do not accommodate the number of people moving in. CAMs is the HOA and there clearly is not a partnership with the developer. Some examples are the small common areas for fitness and leisure activities.

This is a great place to visit, live, go for walks in the forest area, cannoo its a quiet place, very frenziedly and safe. Highly recommended to have a good, modern, safe residence with access to pools, golf and many more. Great food choices and shopping.

I moved here 3 months ago, the community is friendly and the landscaping is beautiful. I’m not giving it 5 stars because the fitness center is overcrowded at certain times of the day and there is fighting over equipment. Meeting rooms are booked well in advance and the community garden has such a long waiting list that they are not accepting any more names. I’m concerned the amenity problem is going to get worse as more homes are being built.

Moved here 8 months ago, it's a beautiful development. We enjoy the common areas, parks and many jogging/walking trials. Everyone is very friendly making us feel welcomed in our new neighborhood
